A pub landlady has defended telling angry reviewers to "f**k off" – accusing them of leaving "fake" comments.
Heron Webb claims the Facebook row erupted after she asked one customer for ID, prompting him and friends to leave negative reviews about the pub, the Blue Bell, in Conwy, north Wales.
She accused reviewers of taking "petty revenge" and "faking it", claiming they’d never even visited the pub, North Wales Live reports.
One review – posted on Monday, March 11 – read: "Very poor mannered staff, very rude and dismissive.
"I didn’t feel welcome and to top it off the beer was rubbish! Do not waste your money here!"
Another – posted the same day – added: "Staff very rude food was very bad … felt very upset due to rudeness of staff left crying will not go back and will not recommend."
She has replied to the posts and then told reviewers to "f**k off"

In response to the first comment, she wrote: "You’ve never even been here faker….."
Underneath another negative comment about the "horrible tasting beer" she wrote that the "poor little" person who’d been asked for identification had "got his friends to fake reviews".
But he replied: "Got f**k all to do with me, not my fault if others have had the same experience."
After responding to each bad review, Ms Webb posted a status update on the pub’s Facebook page saying: "To all the friends of that spoiled brat that didn’t like being ID’d or my response to his whingey review, I must inform you that most people know you’re faking it and I’m just desperately trying to ignore all the atrocious spelling and terrible grammar.
"Chill out all of you, find something better to do with your time and quite frankly, f**k off."
Many social media users supported her response.

One said: "Glad she’s had the guts to put exactly what we all think when baby d***heads come in and think they can talk to you like s*** just because you’re serving them."
But others criticised the landlady, one person posting: "Great way to pull in the punters."
Ms Webb defended her response and said many UK establishments were "struggling" due to "false and petty revenge" reviews.
"We are the kind of establishment who are dealing with a lot of night and weekend punters and some of them are disgruntled when they are asked for ID," she said.
"This reflects on us in all sorts of reviews on social media, and it is especially easy to go home and write whatever you want on a computer.
"I’m not taking it any more.
"I’m generally very professional but I won’t take fake reviews lying down."
