A toddler who was running towards his mother at a railway station has fallen between the platform and the train.
Distressing footage shows the three-year-old boy sobbing under the train as the rescuers attempted to get to him.
The accident happened at Nanchang Railway Station in eastern China shortly after train K571 arrived.
The tot had been travelling with his parents from Beijing to the coastal city of Xiamen.

His dad wanted to get some fresh air after being sat in the train car for 20 hours.
He brought his son with him onto the platform, but the child walked away from him, towards the train, after spotting his mum through the window.
The boy’s dad said the toddler ran towards his mum and fell into the gap between the train and the platform.
He tried to reach him but the distance between the platform and the tracks below was too great.

Luckily duty train guard Li Fusheng saw the accident and leapt onto the railway tracks and crawled towards the youngster.
Rescue footage shows him manoeuvring towards the cries and finding the tot, who he later hands to other station staff waiting on the platform above.
The child was not injured during the incident and it is unclear how long K571 was delayed for.
